Dried sweet potato



Japan is “winter”, now.
It is very cold!

I will introduce what is made only in this cold season.
It is “dried sweet potato”.

How to make …
① steaming the sweet potato very well.
② peeling & slicing while it’s hot.
③ putting on the dry table side by side to dry
*The potato surface becomes white by itself when it dries up.
It is not covered with sugar.

It is over.
It’s simple, but it’s very hard work when the amount of sweet potato is increased.
And, you have blue or red moldy on sweet potato because of not properly dry!


when you eat dried sweet potato, as it is OK 🙂
It is more delicious even baked lightly in the oven.
